Before our appointment we ask that

If you are a new customer and we have not done the initial cleaning of your windows please let us know to the best of your knowledge the condition of your windows. If there are things like excessive bugs scat, hard water deposits, oxidizing vinyl frames, extremely dirty window tracks, French/grid windows, or cracked/broken windows please tell us over the phone. This all can affect the price. If we aren’t told about these vital aspects over the phone the quote that we give you may not be valid.

Any pets are confined during the process of your service. It’s not always necessary but if your animal is a flight risk we insist the animal be in a worry free confined situation.

If you have pets, their droppings are picked up out of the pathway and window areas.

All objects and window coverings be removed or pulled up so the window is accessible. If there are excessive things that have to be moved there is an extra charge of up to 100 dollars.

If you have had construction of any kind, we need to know about it. Windows after construction are almost always in need of an above and beyond cleaning that the standard window cleaning does not cover. Removing paint, construction adhesives, and stickers are not included in a standard cleaning.

Do not wash your house before your window cleaning appointment unless it is on the same day as your service and allows for at least 1 hour of dry time before your appointment. The reason is that tap water is hard and will leave deposit on your window that will take chemicals to remove and is not covered in the standard cleaning.
